Compass Careers aims to support Schools to meet their statutory duties and the CEIAG packages we offer will enable your school to fulfil the Gatsby Benchmarks.

We believe that all young people should be equipped with up-to-date knowledge, skills and tools to realise their full potential. At the heart of this objective is our aim to provide young people with the ability to plan their careers effectively for themselves, and to work with schools to embed careers into the curriculum with all subject areas referencing it.

We have a team of qualified careers advisers who work in a flexible way with a regular presence in school. To ensure our advisors are fully up-to-date with the latest labour market information, they have regular access to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), training and updates to maintain their knowledge of local opportunities.

We offer three levels of CEIAG packages: Classic, Elite and Premium Gold as well as a more tailored solution. At the heart of all these packages lie one-to-one personal guidance interviews for students provided by our qualified team of professional careers advisers:

Our Elite Package consists of:

Our Premium Gold Package consists of

49% of students that we met with said they had no, or not very much confidence in their ability to make their next steps and career choices before their meeting and 98% of clients felt a bit more or much more confident afterwards.
