We seek anonymous feedback from students throughout the year to improve what we do, to guide students towards a better future. The client rates their clarity and confidence relating to their career plans to show if the Compass Careers Interview has had an impact. Here are the combined results and commentary collected from 13 of our schools between Sep 2018 and July 2019 using the Feedback questionnaire which our advisors are using during 1 to 1 Careers Guidance sessions, we had over 800 forms this year:
Clarity about their Future

43% were a bit unclear 60% were much clearer

These results show that positive impact of our careers interviews. There was only 8% of clients that were very clear before the interview but 98% who were clearer or much clearer after their careers interview, and less than 1% that were still very unclear.
Confidence about making next steps and choices

These results also show the positive impact of our careers interviews. 56% of clients had no or not very much confidence in their ability to make next steps and career choices before their interview and 97% of clients felt a bit more or much more confident afterwards. Furthermore, less than 1% still with no confidence.
Compass Careers Evaluation Report 2017-18
Here is Compass Careers anonymous student feedback for the previous academic year showing the impact our Careers Interviews had on student Clarity and Confidence. Here are the combined results and commentary collected from 12 of our schools between January and July 2018. This was the first using this style of evaluation form to measure impact:

These results show the positive impact of our careers interviews. There was only 6% of clients that were very clear before the interview but 96% who were clearer or much clearer after their careers interview, and none that were still unclear.
