Here is our latest analysis and summary of the impact of Compass Careers’ services on students seen by our fantastic Careers Advisors. We seek anonymous feedback from students throughout the year to improve what we do, to guide students towards a better future. It is designed so that the client rates their clarity and confidence relating to their career plans to show if the Compass Careers Interview has had an impact. Here are the combined results and commentary collected from 11 of our schools between Sep 2019 and July 2020 using the Feedback questionnaire which our advisors are using during 1 to 1 Careers Guidance sessions, we had over 550 forms despite the year being shortened by COVID -19 lockdown 1:
Clarity about their Future

These results show that positive impact of our careers interviews. There were 47% of clients that were a bit unclear before the interview but 98% were clearer or much clearer after their careers interview.

These results also show the positive impact of our careers interviews 31% of clients had no or not very much confidence in their ability to make next steps and career choices before their interview and 99% of the clients felt a bit more or much more confident afterwards. Furthermore, less than 1% still with no or not very much confidence.
