Catrina is a qualified Level 7 Career Development Professional (CDP), having achieved both the MA in Career Development and the CDI’s Qualification in Career Guidance. She has over sixteen years of experience within career development roles, including schools, colleges, universities, community settings and alternative provision. In addition to her role at Compass Careers, Catrina is the joint programme leader for the postgraduate programmes in Career Development at UWE Bristol and is an associate trainer and assessor for the Career Development Institute.
